Why Round Accents Are Popular

There was an article in the June, 2017 online Architectural Digest explaining why designers are using round accents more often.  The circle in its perfect simplicity is soothing, satisfying, and pleasing to the eye.  Sharp edges and irregular shapes make a bold statement but may not make for a comfortable space. Builders and designers are incorporating circular windows, tables, rugs, mirrors, and light fixtures in their projects.
