Dreamland Interiors, Inc. will consult with the Owner and the contractor to ascertain the applicable requirements of the Project and will review with the Owner.
The Designer will document the applicable requirements necessary for the Project. These may include existing and project personnel, space, furniture, furnishings, equipment, operating procedures, security criteria, and communications relationships.
The Designer will ascertain the feasibility of achieving the Owner’s requirements within the limitations of the building or buildings within which the Project is to be located.
Based on a review, analysis, and evaluation of the functional and organizational relationships, requirements and objectives for the Project, the Designer will provide a written program of requirements for the Owner’s approval.
