When seasons change, I like to give the house a nice airing out. In the process, I will wash the windows and the screens. As the house ages, so do the screens. When the screens get worn or torn, you can easily replace the screening with the purchase of a simple, inexpensive tool. Check out the attached tutorial. I thought it was helpful to remind the homeowner that the rubber cord comes in various sizes, so you have to remember to take a piece of your old cording to the store.
